Terms of service & photo consent

Last updated: 2026

1. The service

Invite All creates digital invitations (images, videos and event pages) from the details and photos you provide. Designs are produced with the help of AI image tools and reviewed by our team before you receive a proof.

2. Your details

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, venues and other text you submit. Please check every proof carefully. Once you approve a proof, errors in the approved text are not our responsibility, but we will still help you fix them as a paid revision.

3. Photo consent

  • You confirm that you are in the photos you upload, or that you have permission from every person in them.
  • You give us a limited licence to use the photos only to create your invitation, including sending them to our AI image provider for processing.
  • We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with anyone else.
  • Original photos are automatically deleted within 30 days of upload.
  • Photos you choose to show on your invitation (bride, groom, family) are visible to anyone with your invitation link, and are deleted 90 days after delivery (or within 30 days if you never unlock the invitation). You can remove them anytime by messaging us.
  • We will only feature your finished invitation in our marketing (Instagram, website, before/after reels) if you separately tick the marketing permission box. You can withdraw that permission at any time by messaging us.

4. AI-generated artwork

AI artwork is unique and may vary in small details from your photos. We review every design but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness. If a likeness is not acceptable, use your revisions to ask for changes, or choose a design without your photo.

5. Usage

Final files are for your personal use: sharing with guests, social media and printing. Please do not resell our designs.

6. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Work starts after payment (full, or the advance). Final files are released after full payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
