Refund & revision policy

Revisions

• Every order includes 2 free revision rounds. Send all changes for a round in one message.
• Extra revision rounds cost ₹199 each.
• Changing the style, package or language after the first proof counts as a new order.

Refunds

• Before design starts: full refund if you cancel before we begin designing.
• After the first proof: 50% refund if you're unhappy and haven't approved a proof, after you use at least one revision.
• After approval or delivery: no refunds, as digital files are delivered instantly.
• If we miss our promised delivery time by more than 48 hours, you may cancel for a full refund, or keep the order and get the Express add-on refunded.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
